THE CHALLENGE

Ossia, a leader in wireless power, wanted a creative social media campaign to stand out from the CES crowd and generate buzz for the debut of its new product, Cota Tile.

 

HOW WE GOT THERE

Next PR delivered a custom campaign to the Ossia team to promote awareness of its wireless power technology in a fun and engaging way. Ossia asked participants to share photos of their best “power pose” on Twitter in order to win an iPad Pro and other Ossia swag. To draw interest for the contest, Next PR used the momentum of CES (where Ossia was exhibiting its product). In addition, Next PR maximized awareness using Facebook and Twitter advertisements targeting tech enthusiasts and consumers.

THE RESULTS

The campaign effectively built brand awareness for Ossia among target markets and increased overall website traffic. The Cota landing page was the most popular landing page for social media traffic during this time period, followed by the giveaway landing page. Most importantly, the campaign put Ossia’s technology on the radar of consumers during CES.

Throughout the #PowerYourLife campaign, Ossia received 157 photo entries, 200 engagements, 190 clicks, 456 likes, 18,915 impressions and gained 126 new followers. Overall, social media traffic increased 417.39% compared to the previous period.
