THE CHALLENGE

Indeed Flex, a division of Indeed.com, needed to build brand recognition across the U.S. and U.K. as it expanded into new markets and supported client acquisitions. The company wanted to position its executive team as authoritative voices on workforce trends and differentiate its flexible staffing model from traditional recruitment.

HOW WE GOT THERE

Next PR established Indeed Flex as a trusted media source through strategic outreach centered on brand building, survey data and thought leadership.

The team tied Indeed Flex's expertise to trends already in the news – from rising fuel costs to evolving worker priorities – keeping the company visible to reporters covering the future of work.

Next PR also developed original research with Indeed Flex on topics like AI's impact on entry-level hiring, the impact of rising gas prices on workers and the return of retirees to the workforce. Proprietary data gave reporters a reason to include Indeed Flex in national conversations about the changing labor market.

To build credibility with HR and staffing industry stakeholders, Next PR positioned Indeed Flex's Head of Revenue James Terry as a thought leader on AI, hiring and flexible work, securing earned coverage across key trade outlets, including Staffing Industry Analysts, Inbound Logistics and Unite.AI.

Next PR also secured top-tier placements for CEO Novo Constare, whose commentary connected the survey findings to a broader shift in how people approach work. His perspective positioned flexible work as both a financial necessity and a viable career option in today’s economy, earning coverage across U.S. and U.K. media, including Newsweek, GOBankingRates, People Management and ETHRWorld.

"Throughout my time at Indeed Flex, I've had the opportunity to partner with several PR agencies, and my experience working with Next PR was outstanding. They consistently delivered strong results and secured meaningful media coverage that helped elevate our brand. Beyond the results, their team was a true pleasure to work with – their culture felt like a natural extension of our own, making collaboration seamless and enjoyable. They became a trusted partner, and I'd welcome the opportunity to work with them again."
